This year Portmeirion host another popular convention to pay homage to the cult TV programme 'The Prisoner'
For anyone who grew up in the late 60's and 70's this was a cult series featuring Patrick McGoohan, or 'No6' as he was known.
Even to this day is has a large and loyal following.

This will be another fun filled 2 day event, including the Election Parade, Tally-Ho Theatre and human chess, a special performance by David Rhodes and live music .

This event is open to the public and is a colourful, interesting and interesting event, set in the beautiful backdrop of the historic Portmeirion village.

Located 2 miles from the busy little town of Porthmadog, Portmeirion was built between 1925-1975 by the famous architect Sir Clough Williams-Ellis who took his unique style from Italian architecture. 

The breathtaking views and the beautiful gardens and woodland walks are something to behold. Browse the shops and treat yourself to some Portmeirion pottery. Have coffee and cake at one of the quaint tea rooms. Or take a leisurely ride around the site on the land train. Its definitely well worth a visit. Don't forget to bring your camera!
